FISHWAVE was born in 2018 as SUKE Sushi & Poke at SURRY HILLS.
We had no idea what was going to happen but as soon as we opened, it was amazing to see a lot of people love not only sushi but our new concept “POKE”.
We started to build the business from there and history began…
Now we are opening with the new name FISHWAVE.
Our name is unique and modern. Our products are all freshly made and are all delicious as well as tasty. We also have a healthy environment to eat at or order from.
We’ve taken the best representative flavours and textures and developed a system to support our rapidly growing network of franchise partners.

Fishwave's mission is to provide healthy and nutritious, tasty affordable food. We always try and make our Poke Bowls fresh and tasty. We also want to create an environment where people can enjoy our food.
